we have some

shops. With
a population
of around 80,000
there is an
interesting
mix of cultures
with something
for everyone.

in the pennine
Hills, the area
has a diverse
mixture of
properties including
terraced houses,
quaint mill
cottages, new
developments
and prestigious
manor houses.
It offers some
fabulous views
and lovely countryside,
yet being close
to motorway
networks it
is within easy
traveling distance
of many other
